Pure Vida! Welcome to Casa Poiema. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, we have space for 11 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel!

The name Casa Poiema alludes to the balance between work and fun. We have created an environment where not only is relaxation a priority, fun, and play are part of unwinding and enjoying an unforgettable vacation. Our property is amazing for families who need a kid-safe, even lot, and house without any stairs to climb.

Our kitchen has ample space for the cooks in your group, outfitted with high-end stainless appliances and a large island with seating for 5. Next to the kitchen is the beautiful custom native wood dining table with seating for 8. Our living room is super spacious and our high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors create a beautiful transition from inside to outside.

Just beyond the living area, through the custom doors, you will find a fabulous large sparkling private swimming pool and outdoor living spaces, including dining for 8. The perfect home for entertaining!

Each of our four bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom and lots of built-in storage to store your belongings during your stay.

This is Playa Grande’s most exclusive neighborhood offering privacy and security all just minutes away from the surf! Enjoy access to the lovely town of Playa Grande, filled with delicious restaurants, proximity to the national park, a medical clinic, and a gym. We are located just 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.

Playa Grande, one of Costa Rica`s best surfing beaches is located just a 5-minute drive from the property. Enjoy a surf lesson, a leisurely swim, or a walk on the beautiful sandy shores of this natural wonder. Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, Playa Brasilito, and Playa Flamingo are all within a short 15-20 min drive.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- There are security cameras set up outside of the home that are only active in between guest stays when the house is empty. There are no interior cameras whatsoever.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
*Access to Ventanas Beach Club: Short-term guests do not have access to the Beach Club unless accompanied by a condominium owner, in accordance with building policies.
