We had a great 5 day stay in the very spacious apartment. The location was perfect with easy access to sightseeing and many bars, shops and restaurants a few steps away. The host was very receptive with good communication. We had a problem with a door whilst there and he attended to it as soon as he could. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the oven and tv, we couldn’t figure it out! The lift and stairwell were very shabby but the apartment itself very nice and comfortable.

The place had an amazing view, but was in disrepair. I asked numerous times for the toilet lid to be fixed, but it never happened. The manager stated that he sent his friend, but we were not home when I asked him about it for the 7th time. How can expect us to be home when I had no idea his friend was coming? Furthermore, we’re on vacation and we were very busy being tourists. The manager would answer me very sporadically and told me the office would reach out on the first day, but the office never reached out. Overall, it was sufficient for our needs, but very poor communication and lack of timely responses and responses in general made it somewhat unpleasant.
