Nice property and great location

Quiet, gated community. Location was great with a nice beach and convenient access to restaurants. We’ve stayed in the Wailea area many times and prefer a condo to hotel. This is a great option. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved this property!

I have been to Maui and stay in Wailea every time. This was by far our best experience. The unit and property are well maintained and there is easy access to the best beach in Wailea. The beachside pool and clubhouse were great. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The Elua village is really great. Excellent location. Great balcony view. Snorkelling at Ulua beach in walking distance. Unit was well furnished with many extras including beach chairs however the carpet and the beds need updating.

Perfect, peaceful stay!

We really enjoyed this property. We had plenty of room to spread out with two adult children. The property is beautiful and the beach in front of us was great. We saw so many turtles. It is also so quiet and feels very private. The condo itself was lovely and if there was an issue they came immediately to fix it.

We couldn’t have asked for more! Lovely view and lanai. Really great for kids. We had our family thanksgiving meal and found the kitchen more than adequate (even had a gravy boat!).

Beautiful Beachfront location

This is a great place to relax and enjoy Makena Beach. The beach is gorgeous, not too crowded and good snorkeling with lots of sea turtles. Beach chairs and small cooler are provided but need to rent a beach umbrella for $20 for the week. It's conveniently dropped off and picked up at your condo. Check in was easy and the condo was spacious for a family of 4.

Wailea, oh how I love you!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in the unit with our adult daughter and our elderly mother's. It was perfect. No stairs, close to parking. Loved every minute of our stay. I received the best service from the time I booked our stay, arrived in our unit, and checked out. Alii resorts is a first class operation and I am so glad I used them to book this unit. Looking forward to when we can come a visit again.

Absolutely beautiful property in perfect location in Wailea . Only negative opinion was the unit list sleeping accommodations of 5 but realistically only 2 beds . Had to get a blowup mattress for our 3rd child.

Nice unit in a great complex and great location

I picked this unit because I wanted a condo complex in a nice area that didn't feel crowded. The complex grounds were beautiful and never felt crowded. The view from the deck was great. The beach in front of the property sometimes got crowded. The proximity to the Wailea shops and grocery store was also very nice. The only negative was the washing machine running a little rough and the dryer didn't work.

Excellent beautiful and comfortable!

Spent July 1 through the 8th at this beautiful property. When we arrived, we were greeted by Travis, who showed us around. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage daughters. The beach in front of the complex is a short walk and is absolutely beautiful. We were able to snorkel and saw turtles and fish. We never made it to the pool because the beach was so nice. The condo was clean and well stocked and the grounds were gorgeous. It was very quiet. The Shops at Wailea were within walking distance. The view was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the lanai. My kids appreciated the great internet connection. We will definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay at Wailea Elua #307

Really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful, with bamboo, flowers and lots of green space, and it's ideally located - walking distance to beaches, restaurants, resorts and shopping (plus a quick walk to Starbucks in the resort next door!). Beach on-site was great, with shade and showers at the beachside pool. Only thing missing is a casual pool bar/snack shop - would've been nice to grab a drink or bite to eat while relaxing at the pool. But it's balanced out by being a quiet property that never felt crowded or busy. Unit 307 was ideal for us - while it's at the back of the property, it's high enough to have a view of the water, and still a quick walk to the beach and beachside walking paths. The deck is very private, and has a nice mix of shade and sun at all hours, plus a great view of the stars at night. Comfortable furniture and beds, good assortment of kitchenware, and a few shelves of books. Only missing amenity we noted was tennis racquets and boogie boards, which would have been handy. But there were very comfortable beach chairs provided, along with an assortment of kids' beach toys. Overall, we were super happy with our choice of both the property and the unit, and would definitely return. Aloha!

Wonderful stay at Elua 307

We had a wonderful time in Elua with my parents and our 20 month old baby. There were 5 of us who stayed. We initially were going to use the office for a baby room but it was too small so we used the walk in closet. The unit was at the top of the property with beautiful ocean sunset views and an extensive patio. A bit of a walk to the pools and beach but we aren’t afraid of exercise! The unit itself is very similar as listed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We received new towels and sheets every three days. My only complaint is that we did a lot of cooking and the kitchen items could use an update. For instance, no matching bowls, a bunch of old dated serving platters, a grater that didn’t work. I personally expect high quality for the rate they are asking for and therefore would make this suggestion. They could spend 500 at Target and solve this. A few other things didn’t work great - like the closet door was broken etc but nothing terrible. We definitely recommend and would rent again!

This condo has some nice qualities, the view is very nice and it was ok...But, it is definitely in need of some TLC. The carpets are stained in many places, the wifi only got signal in the living room, the light switches in the bedrooms didn't turn on any lights. There is a nice sized study with a desk...but unless you're here to do office work, I'm not sure what purpose it serves except to take away valuable space. Bathrooms and bedrooms were functional, but not beautiful. Ali'i was helpful in getting us a wifi extender to use while we were there. However, other problems arose like the freezer handle falling off the first time we opened it, and it was never fixed throughout our 10 dyas(Ali'i did send a serviceman promptly but they had to order a part). They did provide us dish soap, but no sponge... they promptly brought one when we called, but we called a lot that first day. We found a pacifier, hair barrette etc under the beds from the last tenant I'm assuming, and it didn't feel clean. The condo itself feels dated and for the price, there are better options. I would not stay in this condo again, but I would rent from Ali'i because they were so responsive and helpful as our many problems arose.

Mahalo for being our guest and taking the time to post a review. We are glad to hear you had a nice stay. The owners of the unit have plans to update the condo this summer which includes replacing the carpeting with tile floors. We will speak with our housekeeping staff to make sure they are as thorough with their arrival cleans as possible. With regards to the broken freezer handle, unfortunately these things happen and we were working to correct it as soon as we were notified. One of the trade-offs of living on a tropical island is that we do not have the resources to replace items like this easily, and are at the mercy of mainland companies and shipping.
