Two bathrooms make getting ready easy and convenient. The space feels bright and inviting with open water views from the living area and the back patio. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this Oceanfront house offers a welcoming retreat.
Boaters will appreciate the 32' concrete dock that can accommodate a 29' boat. It even has a fish cleaning station to clean that big catch!

Venture Out, the gated community in which our house is located, has a registration fee of $125
( per stay) which must be paid at the gate upon arrival, This may be paid by cash or credit card (4% fee).Venture out has tons of amenities: an 80" heated pool, a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool, a saltwater swimming area with a sandy beach, a marina store with gas pumps, 2 boat ramps, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce courts, pickle ball courts, a children's playground, and more!

There is room to park one vehicle under the house, other vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot at cost of $5/day up to 14 days based upon availability. Trailers also must be kept in the overflow lot.
