The response from you guys was great on all issues. The owners need to replace several outdoor chairs. The house itself needs some attention. Soft floor in several places.

The kitchen was well equipped, the host was very responsive, the views are amazing!The property could use a little maintenance. There are several broken pieces off outdoor furniture and all kinds of clutter (pictures and old TV) stored inside the closet. The location was great. Close to Bahia Honda State Park and many great restaurants:)

It was a very nice place. Beautiful views! Loved grilling and sitting by the water. Loved the pool at Venture Out. Nothing better boat rental delivered and picked up our boat rental. It was a very convenient spot. Host had good communication.

We had a great stay! It's more of a 40 minute drive if you are going to old Key West but either way we loved the house and the views are gorgeous. It was so nice to sit out on the porch and drink coffee in the mornings.

We had another great time at this wonderful spot. The deck is absolutely lovely over the water. Sunrise is stunning every day! The house is well represented in the pictures on the site and is well stocked with practically everything a visitor might need. We already made a reservation for next year and we are looking forward to it!

The house has a great layout, kitchen was nice. Good sized bedrooms, nice clean baths. The upstairs patio offers amazing sunrises, with the groun floor patio a great option when it warms up. Wonderful views of the water.

The host Jennifer was great with contact. The house was fantastic and we absolutely loved being on the water and the fabulous view we had. It was so relaxing and just a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be making the trip again in the future.

Boys trip to the Keys

Annual boys trip to the keys, for sun, fun, and fishing. Location was outstanding, great views, and close enough to Key West to make daily trips if needed. Would definitely recommend, and easily stay there again. Check in/out process was easy, everything as advertised Thank you!

Overall the place was clean but needs some tlc in areas. If you plan on staying here make sure you place any food in the refrigerator that you bring in. We had muffins we planned on having for breakfast the following day and woke up to them covered in ants. We didn’t notice any upon check in but did see afterwards. Contacted the owners and was told if you leave food out they will come out. Frustrating to not have been told that beforehand. We’ve stayed in multiple vrbo’s before and have not had an issue like this.
