You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. Three bedroom, two bath home, with direct ocean access, boat parking at the back door. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. This home is on a compound, we also have several one bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom. The perfect spot for large groups! Square Grouper restaurant and bar in the is down the street. Lower Keys Shuttle to Key West just steps from the home. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

Fabulous

We have stayed in the Keys often. This place has it all…great water views, kitchen of glass with more great views and an open floor plan full of light. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Dock was perfect for the boat we rented…caught lots of lobster the last several days of the season!

Check in was great kitchen had issues. The stove took about 30 minutes to heat up and the display didn’t work and the other stove didn’t work at all. I’ve stayed in several Vrbos before and this kitchen had very few supplies. We were told there was a ramp and electricity at the dock, there was neither.

Wonderful long weekend

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 little ones. Convenient to Key West, 20 minutes. Quiet, comfortable and beautiful location.

Great location and clean house

After reading the other reviews I packed my air mattresses… didn’t need them the beds were fine. The patio rail is fixed based on a previous post. Only 1 working TV but not a big deal. 2 built in ovens but neither works, not ideal for larger family to use a small toaster oven. The place was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Great family getaway

Very spacious property, property manager very accommodating and good communication. It’s not a brand new place but we loved the big windows in kitchen and were able to make ourselves at home quickly. Would recommend for sure and would be happy to come back.

Fun In The Keys!

Absolutely loved this property and it’s location. Head west 20 mins to Key West or East to Big Pine and the Beach at Bahia Honda State Park. The private fishing pier is an added bonus. Just a fabulous experience.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed the house and the view. I got sick so I spent a lot of time there. I would ask that the owners throw away some of the things that are laying around like broken tables and chairs. Everything else was nice.

Location is key

This house is OK, but has a lot of broken things and a bit run down. As for location it is great. They just do not put in any effort to repair things or upgrade. For the most part we spent our time on the porch or outside going on adventures. This is what the keys are all about. We had a great time and that is what matters most.

FL Keys Getaway

Quiet and spacious 3 bedroom on the water with a clean pool and fishing dock. We enjoyed fishing at the dock, then heading over to the pool for some lounging and splashing. Great way to spend some hours for downtime. Fairly short drive to Key West, where we charter fished, parasailed, visited the lighthouse, butterflies, Dry Tortugas National Park, Mallory Square, Aquarium, several great places to eat.

Needs Updating

There was mold around all the windows and doors. Oven did not work but the convection oven did. A lot of lights and fans did not work. Overall living space was clean and worked well for 3 couples. Almost forgot, screen needs secured on the porch. Bugs can get in.

Is what it says it is

Nice location, nice but very dated interior. Had challenges locking doors to leave for day, and ovens turn on but not off (set a timer is only way we could). Cleaning was good, but floors were filthy - for the cost of cleaning would think it wb better. Shower heads leave much to be desired. All in all though, great place for the price. Lots of parking, beautiful view and host was very responsive.

The unit would have been great if they just maintained the building.

The unit is falling apart. The AC in two of the bedrooms is non-existent. The refrigerator does not close properly so it is left open more than not. The Stove fan very hot and one of the ovens heated up but would not open and the other ran extremely hot. The faucets were falling apart in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was poorly stocked and only had 3 coffee cups for 6 people. The management did bring additional coffee cups but the were so small my granddaughter could use them for her tea parties. The porch was great but the chairs were uncomfortable and the main post holding up the back porch is crumbling. Railings were not safe on the stairway to the unit. They rocked back and forth and broken off at the top. Needs alot of work

Week away

We go every year to Key West with the boat to go diving and enjoy the warm weather. We tried this new place (our usual was not available). If bringing a boat, know to get to the channel will have to go thru very shallow water (our 23ft boat handled it very well). The available ramp on property was a little to be desired so used the Marina ramp. The “big house” needs some updates- 2 ovens but only 1 works, the sliding door kept coming off track, broken tile in the bathroom and a huge chunk of cement missing from a main outside column. Overall it met our needs for why we were there.The pool area was nice and enjoyed it every night, even saw 2 iguanas in the area.

Family get away

We had a fantastic stay, lots of room for our kids and even room for our family when they came over. Watched the sunrise on the enclosed deck every morning and evening had a walkway toSit on the water. Definitely recommend this location!!

Family Vacation March '25

We fell in love with this property upon our arrival and during our stay! It was very comfortable and the large screened in porch with a view of the Atlantic was one of the stars of our stay during breakfast sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed the peacefulness while we relaxed at the pool. We had two minor issues and after contacting the property manager they were fixed within the hour. We definitely would stay here again.
