About this property

This vacation home is nestled far off of US 1. Kayaks included in the rental. Rent one or both of our other properties that are all on 3 acres of land for a great family vacation. . Listing #'s are 3586076 and 7105866. We also rent pontoon and center console boats. Private heated pool with seats inside of the pool to enjoy the view out to Cudjoe Bay. Comes with water access/dock for a small boat with options to dock larger and multiple boats nearby at no extra cost. Vacation home includes fast Wi-Fi, U-Verse 200 TV to view on a 60" flat screen TV. Very clean 3 bedroom home with plenty of parking. Property has a washer, dryer, gas grill, and dishwasher. We have provided a couple of days worth of supplies, as a courtesy, to help you settle in before needing to visit the store. You will find hand soap, bath soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Winn-Dixie is our largest and nearest grocery store located in Big Pine Key for all your grocery and supply needs for your stay. Perfect family getaway

Perfect location if you’re looking for a great house away from it all but close enough to explore other areas. The private pool was nice to have since we had a teenager and infant. Property was exactly as described. Mitch and Ritchie both were more than accommodating making sure we had everything we needed and suggesting places to eat and things to do. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to go back!

My family would definitely rent this house again. If you have a large group that is looking for houses, this is your place. There are 3 houses on this property! We had a great time!

Yellow House on Cudjo Key

The property had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast on the porch worked well for us. First time to the Keys... Mitch was quick to respond to all our questions. All in all a great stay.
