Spacious Home with Beautiful Newly Constructed Heated Pool.

Bring the whole family to our new spacious home, with a beautiful heated pool. Covered seating adjacent to the pool with table and chairs, complimentary. Sleeps 9 people comfortably, additional air mattresses are available, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, jet bathtub, parking for 5 cars. Swing set for children age 9 and under. Fenced in back yard with separate lock out gate for the pool. Cereal and coffee for our guests.

My family had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home was brand new, spotless, and beautifully put together. The heated pool was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing at any time of day (or night) and the patio was incredibly welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. Amazing! Came for a quick trip to visit some friends at a local church . We have stayed in so many VRBOs in at least 7 states throughout the years. This was by far the nicest that we have ever stayed and we have spent ALOT more money on others. It had everything you could possibly imagine! Our kids wanted to live there bc of the pool and projector! 100 percent recommend!

My family of 3 and I had an amazing New Year stay. The home was beautiful inside and out and equipped with everything we needed. If your looking for a home that is nice, has a private pool , entertainment, and is spacious in Beaumont, Tx this is it! April was an amazing host! She gave us a warm welcome and even took the time to guide us around the home to ensure we were all set! My kids loved watching a movie in the tent and eating coconut shaved ice. I would say this experience made us feel like we were "home" away from "home".

I rented this BNB as a gathering spot for my kids that are dispersed throughout the Houston and Beaumont area when I visited from Maine. The hostess was prompt to respond any time I reached out with a question. The grandkids loved all the fun amenities available and the adults enjoyed the kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare all the meals we needed for the week. Not only was the home cozy and cool, the patio was inviting and relaxing to sit and visit while supervising the children as they played. The beds were comfortable as was the reclining sofa and loveseat we gathered on to watch TV before bedtime. In the last day a cold front blew in and the hostess was quick to come adjust the temp of the heated pool to accommodate our chilly kiddos. Overall this place is a great gathering spot for two or more. I’ll be renting it again the next time I come to Texas for an extended visit.

I am from Tennessee originally but grew up in Beaumont Tx from age 9. I moved to Baytown Tx with my younger children, 4 years ago. I love to travel and learn about new cultures. It's my passion. I love being a host because I get to share our home with our guests. Share our memories and family through our person touches in the home.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood, this property, is where I grew up and where I lived as a child after moving here from Tennessee. This is where my older children lived and explored the neighborhoods with their friends. The neighbors are friendly and have lived here for years. My mom helped design this house as she was battling Vascular Dementia. The home is brand new, but the property is very sentimental to me, my kids, and now my grandkids and will always be dedicated to my beloved mother.

What makes this property unique

Our home is designed and equipped with things that I needed, wanted, or experienced along some of my travels, solo, and especially with my kids. I took the great ideas and some of the inconveniences that I encountered, to try to give our guest the most perfect experiences possible.
