Just returned from a three night stay at villa Daky, great property in a really central location. Short walk into the hub of all the shops, restaurants and main sites of Split. We were a group of 4 ladies and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a big thumbs up from us all.

Nice spot
Cute apartment. We had some hiccups, but overall a nice stay. Do be aware the apartment is a good walk uphill from the city center If you are planning to travel with more than a rolling carry on, this could be a real challenge. Do try the coffee shop down the hill….they bake fresh croissants every morning and make outstanding cappuccino 😀
This immaculate little apartment is truly lovely. Nothing has been overlooked. The location is incredible and historic. It is bright and comfortable. Split is a special place and we felt so lucky to have such a dreamy place to stay.

Lovely, professional and a very communicative person always available to my guests,,becouse I want them to feel like a home.I have a lot of experiences in a Holiday rentals business becouse it is family owned business that has been in operation for the past 20 years.I speak English and a little German and also lived in Canada and Germany.I traveled a lot and visited many great pleaces but the most beautiful place for me it is of course my city of Split. I always try to give to my guests the best of our house and the city and I like my job very much.
Why they chose this property
Villa Daky is a beautiful charming house built a few years ago in a authentic Dalmatian style. The house is located in the old town in the heart of Varos one of Splits oldest areas outside of the Diocleatian Palace. It is a just five minute walk distance to the centre of old town,Riva promenade,Diocleatian Palace, bus and train station and a ferry port. The Villa is on ideal position in old town as is sourounded by dalmatian restaurants, konobas, coffee shops, museums and galleries and it is also close to the pebble and sandy beaches, shops, fish and green markets, lots of hidden places in which you will enjoy. There are also bike routes around us. Marjan Hill starts 100 meters from us and from there you have the best view of the city.Villa Daky offers a modern-style accommodation and all unit are nicely decorated for a pleasent vacation. We have a two units (One bedroom apartment and One double room) each one of them with a separate entrance. From the top floor window you will have a magnificent view on historic city centre and the sea.We offer accommodation through whole year for available dates. We hope that you will enjoy stay in our Villa and our city of Split.
What makes this property unique
Villa Daky is situated in the old town one of the oldest and the most picturesque parts of Split, the city founded 17 centuries ago by the Roman Emperor Diocletian. We are only 200 meters from the Diocletian's Palace and Split's old town, both listed on the UNESCO's World Heritage list. We are close the the Croatian National Theatre, at the foot of Marjan hill and forest park, and short walk from the main seaside promenade Riva you will find our house. In the house's closest vicinity you can experience some of local gastronomy gems. Popular wine and cheese bar Paradox is just around the corner. If you like ice cream, stand in line in front of the most popular parlour in town, Luka's Cakes & Ice Cream. At the walking range are numerous venues which turned Split into one of the Croatian capitals of gastronomy, such as taverns Varos, Hvaranin and Villa Spiza, pizzerias Galija and Maslina, restaurants Tinel, Nostromo, Bokeria, Uje, Mazzgoon and many, many others. Residents of Split usually say about their city that it's the craziest, but also the most beautiful in the world. As the second largest in Croatia, Split is a modern, vibrant city with a magnificent history.
