This was the most perfect home we could’ve hoped for and the best rental house I have ever stayed in. I housed 19 people in this home for my wedding weekend and it was perfection. The home was clean, beautiful, stylishly decorated, and VERY comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms for my large group, including a beautiful getting ready room attached to the main bedroom. Sebastían was responsive, professional, and kind host. I recommend this home for anyone who wants a lovely space that is reliable and clean. Thanks for such a great experience!

Lots of room for everyone in our guys trip. Had a couple maintenance issues, but the host got them resolved pretty quickly. No central AC - there are window units - made the hot days a little uncomfortable.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were in communication with Sebastian all the way back in April while planning our intimate back yard dinner celebration, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with, which made planning such a special event from out of state so much less stressful.The home and backyard were absolutely perfect for what we envisioned! We hosted a small, intimate dinner celebration with our closest family and friends following our elopement in Italy, and the entire day was everything we dreamed of and more. The property provided such a beautiful setting for us to celebrate, and we made memories there that we’ll cherish forever.A couple of small things worth mentioning for future guests: the neighbor does seem to be particularly sensitive to any backyard activity past 9 PM, so that’s something to be mindful of if you’re planning to spend time outside by the fire pit in the evenings. Sebastian himself was very relaxed and understanding, but it seems the neighbor has raised concerns about noise in the past. Additionally, the home does not have central air conditioning, so it can get a little warm inside, especially when sleeping if the weather is warmer.That being said, neither of these things took away from our experience or were anything we couldn’t easily work around. The house was exactly what we wanted and needed, and our celebration was genuinely perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for our work retreat and can’t recommend this place highly enough. The home was roomy, beautifully styled, and even more comfortable than the photos suggest—thoughtful touches throughout made it feel welcoming and exciting around every turn from the moment we arrived. There were lots of comfortable beds to choose from, the kitchen was beautiful and open, and everything we needed was clearly labeled and easy to find. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to restaurants and local spots to make getting around simple. Communication was seamless—check-in was straightforward, Sebastian was responsive and kind, and we felt genuinely cared for without ever being intruded upon. We’d happily stay again and will be telling friends to book it, too!

Sebastian was an excellent host! Very communicatice and addressed our questions and needs quickly. We stayed here for a family trip, it was great having adequate space and bathrooms for everyone, and it was great we could bring our furry friend with us! The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking, and having an additional fridge in the garage was a plus! The hot tub was very clean and well maintained, and we appreciated having great entertainment space where we could all visit together. It also was a much appreciated touch, having adequate extra supplies such as dish soap, tp, towels, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent, etc-we didn't have to worry about running out. Would definitely stay here again.

BOOK THIS HOME!! It’s been almost a month since we stayed for our bridal party weekend/micro wedding reception. Afterwards we had our honeymoon hence the late review! Anyways.. so much to say!We had a total of 17 guests (all couples) who stayed the entire weekend, and everyone had a bed to sleep in!First, I want to say a huge thank you to the property manager, Sebastian!! He allowed us to view the property in advanced to see if it was what we were looking for with our plan for an intimate reception after our ceremony at our church. His replies were prompt and professional! He was so kind and communicative every step of the way. Thank you!!Second, Every part of the home was very clean, including the backyard, along with the hot tub (which was perfect!). The backyard fire pit was such a hit. And the pergolas were newly installed above the hot tub and the concrete area which was really nice! The getting ready room was perfect for my bridesmaids and myself. It was so beautiful!Unfortunately, we did get a noise complaint (before 10pm curfew). So, if you do plan to party here, just keep in mind the neighbors may not like the music, even before curfew. However, we did have one neighbor who asked to come dance with us which was actually really sweet! She really enjoyed herself! We absolutely loved our stay and I’m so grateful to Sebastian for helping us facilitate the perfect wedding weekend. Please don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home! We will always remember it!!

We had a wonderful vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. We had easy contact with our host. Sleeping accommodations were amazing. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Master suite was huge and beautiful. The backyard is a great gathering place. Grocery store and Cold Stone are close by. Loved the pickleball court. Located in Arvada between Denver and Boulder, we could go in any direction for an adventure.
