Welcome to our lovely Townhouse in Paradiso Grande Orlando recently (11/01/2025) professionally designed and decorated, stylish, Clean but Still very Cosy and Warm, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 18 comfortably. 5 Ensuite Bedrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



The Space:

The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen with very nice wine cellar, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 15 while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal. Minions-themed Game Room, Private Pool with jets and summer kitchen, There are 5 Ensuite bedrooms, all with Smart TVs. You will find the King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens with Ensuite Bathroom, Also a 2nd bedroom with a King Bed and Ensuite Bathroom, 3rd bedroom with a King Bed and Ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor, 4th Bedroom Super Mario Themed with 2 Bunk beds Queen Size and Twin Beds, 5th Bedroom Toy Story Themed with 2 Bunk Beds Queen size and Twin beds and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away.

Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Mc Donald's, and several restaurants.

Very cute minion room in garage space. Location good. Access to club house pool great. Areas of improvement:1. Water heater only good for 2 showers 30 mins duration. This is advertises high occupancy with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathroom; however the water heater didn’t support my party of 5 adults, 5 kids.2. Walls are paper thin and very close together. Heard everything making sleep challenging3. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade. These were the firmest mattresses I have ever slept on and sleep on a firm at home. All adults were sore from them. Pillows flat and hard.4. Lastly, we could have used pool towels for the mini pool at the house. We had to go buy some.
