This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the metropolis of San Juan, Puerto Rico in the Miramar Sector very accessible to different points of interest such as: Condado, La Placita, Convention Center, Calle Loiza, and Old San Juan
This neighborhood in Miramar is a central point in the Metropolitan area you can enjoy a walking distance towards Calle Cerra in 3-5 minutes to see our local and international artist murals and Distrito T-Mobile 10-15 minutes walking distance to this new Venue in San Juan. Also you can see all of Old San Juan with a kind stroll of 25-30 minutes walk to enjoy the coast of our Metropolis in San Juan. Also, La Placita de Santurce is a 15 minute walk to enjoy of the puertorrican culture and nightlife.
This property is unique in its location and Uber is very accessible in San Juan so you will have no problems if you don't rent a car.
