Situated on the First Fork of Sinnemahoning Creek, on a beautiful orchard, this 4-bed, 1-bath abode has it all. Enjoy a day of fishing right out the back door, take in the views at Bucktail Overlook (Top of the World), or cool off in the river. At day’s end, grill up a meal and gather around the fire pit.
• No smoking
• Pet friendly with a fee (2 pets max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out immediately
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact. Bedroom downstairs has a slight slant due to settling over time.

We have rented this property twice now, and plan to rent it again. The property is excellent for our family of 6. Lots of sleeping accomodation, a well-equiped kitchen, clean facilities, and comfortable living space. The exterior is perfect for fishing, kayaking, bonfires, and whatever outdoor activities you're into. If you enjoy nature, as we do, the setting is perfect. From the property we've seen plenty of deer, black bears, river otters, all kinds of birds and other small animals. The immediate area is full of activities and nature if you're into outdoor adventure.The property owner is very responsive and helpful.We love this place.
