The cabin was very comfortable and in a nice, quiet location. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to easily prepare meals. We used the fire pit and enjoyed relaxing by the creek.

Really great cabin! Had a picnic with family that lives locally and there was plenty of room inside and outside. The property is well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with most everything (pots, pans, etc )that we needed. We loved the front porch and the fire pit area. Communication with the host was great! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Camp Critter.It was very quiet and clean, very spacious. The whole cabin was equipped with everything you would need for preparing meals.,cleaning etc. We didn't see many elk. The weather was a little to warm.We will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed ourselves so much! Very peaceful and relaxing! Everything you need. Lots to do, if that's what you want. Or nothing to do, if that's what your looking for. We loved the cabin. Loved the porches.

Our stay at Camp Critter was very nice! The facility is in great shape and the inside decor was really "fitting" for being in Elk County. We spent most of our time lounging down by the fire pit near the creek & we even cooled off in the creek on the hot days. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking & eating utensils. Our early mornings were spent sitting & eating out on the large cover front porch. We even had elk walk thru the front yard one evening. The view of the nighttime stars & sky was awesome as well. Our family was more than satisfied & refreshed after our long weekend here. I would highly recommend this camp & we plan on coming back soon. :)

Camp Critter is a great place to stay. It is centrally located with easy access to Benezette, Sinnemahoning, Driftwood and Medix. My brothers and I have been coming her for 5 or 6 years now and we'll be back next year. Highly reccomended!

Great cabin right along Hicks run road and with Hicks Run in the back yard. Visited the Wed to Fri before Memorial Day weekend so there was not traffic and no one fishing. Very quit and a huge variety of birds. Fishing was great too.Our family had a camp (Mt Dale) just up the street for 30 years so it was really nice to come back to the area for a few days. And Camp Critter is a huge upgrade from our camp since we had an outhouse and sporadic water.

Thos is a great property-one of our favorites in the area! This was our second stay at Camp Critter. Such a great location & lovely property- it's just far enough out, but not too far. Hope to visit again soon!

property was nice and clean. everything went smooth checking in. A supply of wood wood be nice. The grill on porch needs replaced. Inside burners are very rusty and falling apart. Other than that it was a great getaway. Peaceful and serine. Would stay again
