Our management company that handles all our reservations was fired the week after this stay happened due to these issues. We have since hired a new company who will be very responsive to our guest moving forward as well as ensuring our short term rentals are always clean. This was unfortunate and we apologize for the inconvenience but we have taking steps to prevent future stays from having these issues.
