The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Throw all used towels in Washer, cleaning team will take care of the rest.
Throw all trash away in small bin outside of apartment. Designated worker will pick it up in the afternoon.
Make sure to return keys inside key box and return all pool passes (can leave on bartop)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $50 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED
