Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the lights and lock the doors. There is a trash bin next to the AC unit by the garage to put any trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean any animal waste before you leave the house. A fee of $100 will be charged in case we need to clean your animal waste.
If you choose to use the barbecue grill clean before you leave the. A $50 cleaning fee will be apply to clean grease or food leftovers on the grill.
Plumbing cleaning/clogged, furniture, decor or bedding damage, will be charged in your last invoice in case we need to replace or fix.

The property was great plenty of room and ckean and amazing location the only thing that was not working was the pool heater but it was no big deal and it was only because the part had not come in to fix it but all in all amazing stay

Nice house, a little lacking on some kitchen/bathroom items.. Do not rent for the pool/hot tub like we did. Heater is not operating.

The home is very beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and very well kept. It's surrounded by beautiful homes and felt very safe. There was a nice restaurant nearby and some gas stations to purchase firewood. I will absolutely give 5 starts even though I was disappointed about some things. We were looking for a place with a hot tub during our search. The hot tub was not available for us to use and host said they don't heat it during the winter. I believe that they should remove hot tub from the listing if they aren't allowing it to be used. Also, we had planned to grill until we found out there was an additional 50 fee if we used the outdoor grill. That should be listed before hand, along with the hot tub not being available. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we greatly enjoyed our time with our friends, especially by the outdoor fire place.
