Large common deck right off the front door. Central air, two 50 inch TV's, Full kitchen with dishwasher, Two full baths. Great location within walking distance to Great restaurants, water parks and 1 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk!

Perfect location. 2 assigned parking spots. Laundry on premises. The common area deck outside is very large with two tables and chairs. Designated grilling area. Mature Adults and families only. Reservations are for the age of 25 and older.

This is our 3rd year back at Dan's condo and had an amazing time as usual. We have 3 kids so we love the 2 bathrooms as well as two grills in the common area next to pool as we got to grill some steaks and fish for dinner. Very close to the beach and the famous Atilis Gym, where my son went in the morning for his workout. Dan is great with fast responses and accomodations. Highly recommended!

It was very nice place, felt as if you were home. It was a great location. The two bathrooms was a game changer. Need to bring your own blankets and towels, other than that I would definitely book again!!!

Cute Condo that fit our family perfectly. It was nice to have two bathrooms. I really appreciated that the owners had hand soap in the bathrooms, toilet paper, and paper towels. It was very easy to communicate with owners.

Great place to stay!

This place was exactly as described and more. My family and I loved it. It was very close to the beach/boardwalk. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms. Very spacious. Very clean. Dan was also very helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely love to come back and stay again!
