We had a nice time, but unfortunately, the amenities were not up to par. They said we’ll have a workout gym but there was not a working gym. There was no pickleball court at all. It was a false advertisement! So overall, I was disappointed in their amenities, because it was untrue.The place was not as clean as it could’ve been inside. We had some problems with the heating system because we were there in December, that we finally got resolved. We had problems with the television in the master bedroom, which never got fixed. She said they have no property manager, which was unusual. It was not really the ideal vacation spot that we were looking for. So I definitely would not recommend it nor will stay there again!

Overall the unit was good for 4 nights. I think a few things needs some attention; the front door on the outside looks terrible, the floors inside could have been cleaner (leave a broom in the unit to sweep up sand), the sheets in the Master bedroom were stained, and the balcony was not cleaned nor does the light work.

My wife and I stayed at the property for a month and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues that arose during the month, but the property manager Cyndi was extremely helpful and addressed any issue that arose very promptly. She did a great job and went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant. The property has 5 pools; we enjoyed the pool on the 10th floor that had a great view or the beach. Our daughter and her two children stayed with us for a week, and our grandchildren enjoyed the kid's pool. If I return to PCB I would stay at this property again. The only negative I have is that part of our stay was during Spring Break which was pretty chaotic with all of the kids running around.
