Quiet East Nashville Home near Riverwood Mansion

Welcome to Nashville! You’re in a quiet neighborhood in East Nashville, a 3-5 minute drive to some of East's best cafes, restaurants and bars. 15 minutes to Downtown and Broadway. Perfect for travel with family, friends, or work!

Across the street from Riverwood Mansion, we’re a perfect place to say if you're attending a wedding there! Whole house water filtration, full kitchen and cooking tools. 3BR, 2BA.

No pets. No smoking. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

My home is in a quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. It was built in 1962 and was remodeled last year. There are 3 bedrooms - the primary bedroom has a queen bed, 2 dressers, a large shower, two sinks, a toilet and a large closet. The desert room has a full size bed, dresser and closet. The forest room has two twin beds, a dresser and a closet. They are on each side of a bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and sink. The golden yellow couch in the living room can be folded down and used like a futon bed.

We have a whole-house water filtration unit and a kitchen sink reverse osmosis and re-mineralization unit. All linens are cotton and most are organic.

Safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Nice to go for walks and close to Shelby Park - a nature reserve.

Parking on street and in driveway. Sometimes I live in the ADU granny suite!
