You can leave the bed linens on the beds, unless they need to be cleaned up due to spills or bodily fluids that you’re cleaning up.
Please leave the gate key on the kitchen counter, and when you leave, make sure the front door is locked and the gate is open.

We include kids in our guest count. There are cameras outside the home and if you bring in more people than what is booked, you will be charged a fee

A very nice house. Modern and had all the accompanying. Convenient location to the city but not in it - which is what we wanted. Amazing views.

Perfect location for exploring Seattle, Mount Rainier and North Cascades National Park. We were especially happy to discover the Link station so close which made travel to/from downtown Seattle so stress free and a fun way to see the area. The view from the backyard was gorgeous and the property overall was really relaxing. Communication with the owner was also great. Overall a very nice property and would highly recommend.

Awesome property. Super close the airport, shopping mall and tons of restaurants. Easy Highway access. Beautifully updated inside. Lots of light and windows in the living areas. High end appliances and well stocked with coffee, sugar, bath products, washing stuff. Large outdoor space with beautiful views. Made good use of the fire pit, hot tub and lawn to play soccer. Easy communication- in fact didn’t need to contact host for anything. Fast WiFi, good tv.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, wall of windows from the living room through the kitchen/dining area, quiet and private, nicely landscaped. The view at night of the valley with lights was impressive. The only thing missing was the view of Mt. Rainier which was blocked by the neighbors trees. Easy access to the I-5 and 405 freeways, 15 minutes to SeaTac Airport. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.
