Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private patio and washer/dryer. Located in Horizon South, a gated resort with 4 pools (one heated Nov-March), hot tub, tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard, gym, and grills. Plenty of parking is available. One parking pass is included with booking. An additional parking pass can be purchased for $25.00. Close to Pier Park, dining, and shopping. Guests must be 25+ to book. Max occupancy 5 per Fire Marshal. No pets per HOA. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
