Monroeville is very conveniently located. It's close to Pittsburgh and everything that it has to offer (hospitals, colleges, museums, concerts, shows, sports, and more), while still being a quiet neighborhood.
It provides easy access to major highways: the PA Turnpike (I-76), the Parkway (I-376) and Rte 22.
There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

What makes this property unique

We love our home and have taken excellent care of it. It had been thoughtfully decorated with art, mostly bird and Nature-related.
Our yard has been certified by the Audubon Society as Backyard Bird Habitat and well as a Certified Wildlife Habitat through the National Wildlife Federation. It is a little haven in a busy world, a great place to relax and connect to nature.
