Of the hallway is an internal staircase which leads to the top floor where you will find a sun terrace, and access to the lower ground floor where there is a further king bedroom and an open bedroom with twin beds, (suitable for children) . There is also a shower room with toilet and bidet on this level. There is access to the garden where there is a beautiful swimming pool measuring 12 x 6, together with sun beds, table tennis table, and pool table and refrigerator for your daytime drinks. There is also a further dining table with seating for 10 people. The villa is built on an exceptionally large plot therefore, there are beautiful gardens and grassed areas. There is a long drive, accessed through electric gates and the drive will accommodate many cars. There are restaurants nearby together with a small bay and beach. The main area known as The Arenal is just 3 km away where you will find a truly magnificent beach and all the shops and bars and restaurants.
