This is a great location and nice neighborhood. Walkable to Zilker Park and Lamar Street. Great bakery ThoroughBread is also a short walk nearby for breakfast. The house is no frills but very serviceable for 3-4 people. Beds were comfortable. Large fridge and gas stove. I would stay again.

Location was excellent, able to walk to Zilker park. Home itself was pretty average. One of the showers did not work and it was not the cleanest place we've stayed. It was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals.

Delayed check in due to plumbing issues (3 hrs) and we weren’t informed when we could get in. We just showed up hoping for the best. So not happy about that. Poor hot water flow into the front bathroom-had to wait 8 min before hot water came into shower(waste of a precious resource).

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s within walking distance to Zilker. And there are several really good places to eat within 5min drive. Check out the nearby bakery and food mart for a quick breakfast bites to-go.The property, although a bit older, was still well maintained. The “master” bedroom was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. The ceiling fan did not provide much relief as it was stuck on a slow speed, but there was a desk fan that gave enough of a breeze to be comfortable at night. The other rooms had great a/c. The back yard was large and had enough space for the kiddos to run around.We would definitely stay at this location again!
