We enjoyed our visit and the cabin was very comfortable. We always try to stay in Alpine Village when we visit Pigeon Forge. The owner of this unit was quick to respond to questions prior to booking. We found the beds to be very comfortable and it was nice to have a split A/C system in the upstairs bedroom as it made it very comfortable at night. I would encourage anyone looking at this cabin to be aware of a very steep and angled driveway. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. In the future I will be sure to address a question like this prior to any booking. We did find the TV's very difficult to work with which made the evenings a bit frustrating. Could be just a technology thing that I'm unfamiliar with but I do come from a TV communications background and still found it very odd. We were traveling with another couple and had no kids with us. This cabin would work well for two couples and two children. If you try to put more than that you might find it a bit tight. Overall it was a very good cabin with just a few things that didn't meet our expectations......the driveway being the biggest one. The picture does not accurately depict the actual steepness and odd angle of the driveway. I would suggest anyone going to back down the drive and NOT attempt to pull in and back out. Hope this helps the next guests to this cabin.
