This boutique apartment is tucked inside a magnificent, converted warehouse surrounded by some of Melbourne’s best lifestyle streets — Smith, Gertrude, Johnston and Brunswick Streets — right on your doorstep.
The building is very secure, requiring an access code for entry. Please note there are two floors of stairs from the entrance lobby up to the apartment, and one flight down to the garage — so it may not suit guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Each floor boasts an expansive, private deck, perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying an alfresco dinner or simply relaxing with a coffee while taking in the urban views. Inside, the penthouse is styled in fresh, Scandinavian-inspired décor with light-filled open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary furnishings.
Ideal for couples, solo travellers or smaller families, this spacious apartment features two generous bedrooms, an entertainer’s kitchen, a powder room and welcoming indoor and outdoor living areas. One of the queen beds can be split into two singles upon request.

GETTING THERE
From Melbourne Airport, you can easily take a taxi, Uber or Ola directly to the apartment. Alternatively, hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station, then jump on the No. 86 tram (towards Plenty Road) and hop off at Stop 18 (Hodgson St/Smith St). From there, it’s an easy 250m walk to the apartment.
