Step into a spacious living area filled with natural light thru the large sliding glass doors drawing your eyes straight to the Gulf of America, inviting you out to your private balcony—the highlight of the condo. Here, you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful island breezes, or end your day with one of Marco Island's iconic sunsets.

The primary bedroom is a retreat featuring a plush king-size bed, balcony access, and its own private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests, and located just across the hall from the second full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo.

The condo comes fully stocked with everything needed for a perfect beach day. You’ll find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, soft beach towels, and a small cooler waiting for you—just grab your gear and take a short stroll down the boardwalk to the beach.

South Seas offers guests a resort-style experience, with its gated security, tropical landscaping, and easy access to miles of sandy shoreline. It was a truly beautiful two weeks at the South Seas Beachfront Haven. The view is everything. The spacious balcony makes for a great time whenever we were out there. The view goes on for miles!The only reason for the absence of one star is that the kitchen space is outdated, specifically the lighting. It would be a nicer space if they redid that space utilizing the view and outdoor lighting, opening it up to the rest of the living space.The bathrooms could also use an updating, but they were certainly fine.The biggest problem we had was with the master bedroom mattress. It was much firmer than we are used to, so it made for some uncomfortable nights.These small issues did not deter from the beautiful area this is in, and we fully enjoyed our stay.Communication was excellent, and instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy.Overall, this is a terrific place to enjoy a spectacular view of Marco Island Beaches, and walk through loads of natural spaces below.
