Nice apartment on Rue St Denis. Shopping, Restaurants and Dining close by. Great neighborhood.

The property was in a good location and well-fitted. Pet-friendly and AC works well. There are a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit. Once we entered the unit it smelled like cigarette smoke, the smell lingered in the unit for the entirety of our stay. We made the owner aware, he was responsive, but the solution was to ventilate by opening the windows. However there are no screens on the windows and there were bugs and pigeons living outside the windows, so we weren’t willing to leave open. This was a big reason for our review as we likely wouldn’t have booked if we had known about this issue.
