This comfortable and well equipped holiday apartment is situated right in town and a few steps to the beach. It features a private bathroom, kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster), television with English and European satellite, heating, and long balcony. Bed linen is changed weekly. Towels are changed once a week. Cot available.

This 1 bedroom apartment is an ideal holiday destination for golf or summer getaways. Close to supermarkets,bars and restaurants. The property is located in a quiet part of the town making it perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. One of the most desirable beaches on the Algarve is only a two minute walk away. This spacious apartment is new and very well furnished.
Beautiful village in the Algarve with a lot of beaches, one of them is just in the village.
For monthly staying a fee for electricity is required . 0.25€ per Kwt spent.

A very lovely stay. The unit was very well equipped with more than you would ever need. It is bright and sunny, and the balcony is large. You have sun on it from early morning till about 4 in the afternoon. Cristina was quick to respond to messages. Location is excellent ... close to downtown but not so close that you are disturbed by any noise. Garage parking is great. We would highly recommend Cristina's unit!

I love the location. The kitchen has everything you can possibilly think of. I like the French coffee maker. Coffee tastes much better that way. The balcony is huge. It is quiet and you can sleep there very well cause there is no noise.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We’ve just stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is a good size with a great sized shared pool, a lift, balcony and a perfect location for the town and the restaurants and bars that nestle within it. Really clean. My only slight issue was it quite difficult to work out which key box it was, as there are several, and where to aim the zapper for the garage door. Perfect after we’d sorted that.

This apartment is excellent spotless, modern and very central to the town. You have everything you need and everything works. TV and WiFi are good with lots of English channels. We got plenty of use out of the bbq on the large balcony which gets the sun from early morning to late afternoon. Cristina was very quick to respond and very helpful and would definitely use it again.

Pros: Central location; within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach, boardwalk and hiking trails Excellent base location for exploring the Algarve by car Clean rental, responsive host, great indoor parking Kitchen is well equipped and there is a great patio grill Cons: Apartment is ‘over’ decorated with whatnots; every available flat surface has multiple knickknacks that had to be moved so we could simply find places to cook, live and set down our few belongings Online listing and notice in rental unit confirmed weekly cleaning with bedding/towel changes. Unfortunately, we had to ask for this service and had only ONE cleaning with bedding/towel changes in 4+ weeks

Quality Apartment and Brilliant owner

Brilliant apartment, I've been staying for 6 weeks already and I have extended my stay even longer. Apartment equipped with everything I need and surpassed my expectations. Owner is very accommodating and helpful whenever I have needed and has gone the extra mile whenever necessary even making sure I am okay with regards to the Corona Virus and making me aware there is alcohol in the medical kit. Great apartment, once I have finished staying here I will be looking to by again later in the year too.
