Spacious. More hangout areas than expected. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of TP were appreciated. We did not end up bringing our dog but for a pet friendly listing it was extremely clean. We had a mix of adults and teens in our group and really liked the yard with fencing, hot tub, pool, huge LL TV for watching football/movies, and game room! Host communication for check in and check out was very detailed and helpful. Hyvee, Trader Joe's, and Starbucks all within one mile. Friendly neighbors. Felt safe walking and running.

The host was very helpful and replied back immediately when we needed help. The house is great for larger families and pets. They had a Christmas tree up which was perfect since we came to celebrate Christmas with all our kids.

This is a treasure find if you have kids. We had so much fun two weekends in a row. There is plenty of room to spread out inside and out. The location is close to food and shopping. Austin is very responsive to your texts and offers a helping hand when needed. A bonus is you can have your dogs (2) too. The only draw back to this house is there is no bedroom or shower on the main floor which makes it hard for elderly or disabled. Other than that I give it a five star rating. Really worth renting.
