This is a delightful, newly remodeled flat in the heart of San Francisco's vibrant Castro District. You're above one of the favorite local coffee shops, Philz Coffee, and steps away from The Castro Theater, great shopping and all the Castro bars and restaurants.

Enveloped by a neighborhood rich in a history impacting the globe, you'll want for nothing in this premium location with modern touches and conveniences. The subway station is one block away and we're a popular stop for Lyft and Uber.
While I'm on the second floor of the building, the staircase is a bit of a hike. So, if you have troubles with stairs, this might not be an ideal spot for you.
