2 Bedroom Newly Renovated Flat In The Heart Of Sofia
My flat is located right off of Rakovski Street and Slaveikov Square close to everything you could want whether you are tourist, business traveler or long term guest.
My apartment is spacious and includes a work station and laundry room on an enclosed balcony in addition to two large bedrooms, a comfortable living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment received some upgrades as well as a fresh coat of paint and lacquer on the bamboo floors in the Spring of 2018.
My flat is in walking distance to Alexander Nevski Cathederal, The Russian Church, Vitosha Walking Street, The National Palace of Culture and much more. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from - the first one located 3 meters from the entrance to my building. There are plenty of small food shops near by and a Billa Super Market 150 meters away.
The building itself is a safe, clean residential building with friendly, quiet neighbors. While parking on the street can be tricky, there is a secure parking lot (you must pay) about 50 meters from from my flat.

I am a Bulgarian who was born and raised in Sofia. Before moving to the outskirts of Sofia, I lived in this flat and raised my two young girls here. I love to travel, ski, read, cook, and meet new people.
Why they chose this property
This flat has been in my family for two generations and, perhaps, one of my daughters will want to live here when they are old enough. For now I am excited to welcome guests to this great flat that has everything you could need for a short or long term stay.
What makes this property unique
Without a doubt, it will be difficult to find such a homey flat in such a central location. Whatever your reason for visiting is and regardless of your length of stay, you will find everything you need in and around my flat. While you are located in the heart of the city, you will be surprised what a quiet oasis my flat is when you come in off the streets. The flat is well zoned. If you need to get work done, you can do so in the spacious work station in the entrance hall without being distracted. The kitchen/living area is open plan so you can enjoy the company of others while cooking dinner. The laundry area is set apart on an enclosed balcony where there is also room for cleaning supplies and storage of bulk bought groceries, etc. If you are staying longer, there is plenty of storage space. If there is something I haven't thought of, please let me know.
