Centrally located so you can be anywhere in Edmonton in no time. 5 minute walk to the new Valley Line LRT. The smartly designed space features 3 bedrooms. It starts with the amazing vaulted ceiling king bed master bedroom with attached spa en-suite. Followed by a second vaulted full bed upstairs bedroom. The third main floor queen bed bedroom completes the package. Each bedroom has a private en-suite so everyone has their space to relax and enjoy their time. Perfect for families or groups. There is also a cool powder room off the main living area. The kitchen is set up to entertain with loads of space for cooking and hanging out. Walk out to the attached deck to BBQ and enjoy a dip in the hot tub! This property really lets you relax in style. AC is also a part of the package and did I mention the hot tub! The modern design and ample amenities make this house feel like a true home away from home. Private parking in the rear of the property for 2 vehicles and room for more out front.
