Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all dirty bed sheets on the beds and towels in the bathroom tub. Trash & Recycling – Take them out to the outdoor bins.
Turn off all lights, TVs, games, string lights, and game room equipment. Upon leaving lock the electronic lock. Send us a quick message to let us know you’ve checked out.
Please cover the hot tub when finished and when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What stood out the most was Eugene's quick responses and his attentiveness to our needs. The downstairs game room was a huge hit with our 3 year old daughter!

We rented the cabin w our adult kids and 2 dogs. When we arrived the property was exactly as it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and fresh throughout. Tastefully decorated and restful feeling. The property owners were onsite replacing the hot tub water w fresh when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. The game room and pool table was a hit with everyone. AC and internet worked well. Plenty of towels and access to laundry. TV set up was great. Laundry and Dish soap, shower soaps/shampoo was provided. Main floor Entrance is easy for anyone w mobility issues. The stairwell is a bit steep so we brought a baby gate to make sure our pups didn’t take a tumble trying to follow anyone. Due to very bad recent storms and a fallen tree - the power did go out once due to that overnight but luckily they had a generator that came right on. Everyone around us was dark but we weren’t! Well water was impacted briefly overnight due to that - but owners offered to bring water or anything we needed until the power and well was back on. Honestly, any other cabin in the area and we would have been in the dark so super appreciated them having a generator that came on automatically when the power went out. Owners were very responsive to any questions or needs we had the entire time we were there, including sending maintenance over to deal with an issue related to the storm. Overall, a great cabin and great owners and we are planning to come again! Highly recommend!
