The house appeared clean & comfortable. Had most amenities inside to cook, etc. Aside from the few things we experienced below, it is as it appears online. But because of these things below, we wouldn't stay again. Really should state accommodates 7 people. The bedroom with a full size bed and bunks would be adequate for one adult size person and two children/singles. We should have chosen a different place for the eight of us. There was a truck parked in the garage of the unit- didn't know about it until we arrived but it made it difficult to get to the items (chairs, coolers, boards, etc) from inside the garage & we had a difficult time figuring out where to park our second vehicle we had ( because of the 8 people). We squeezed it in front of the garage outside not blocking others and HOA gave us a nasty-gram. Stating there is one reserved spot for each unit outside and one in the garage. The residents in the development hang out at the pool daily/nightly and are friendly to the adults, but not so much to kids. The kids were too loud, even though the residents were very clearly enjoying themselves loudly a few nights at the pool. The final for me were the cockroaches in the kitchen- greeting us every morning while cooking breakfast. I know we're in the tropics/jungle- with that said, I've rented over a dozen condos in Hawaii over the years- on each island & have NEVER seen a cockroach inside. Most places seem to have a handle on them. One of them could have worn a collar
