Kitchen has new countertops, bedrooms feature generous closet space, bath has a vintage clawfoot tub and shower, living room includes a smart TV. This home has everything you might need. A shady front porch and back door deck provide outdoor living areas. The back yard, picnic table, and garage laundry are shared with three other tenants who live in separate units on the property. This is a calm cul-de-sac; street parking only with street cleaning restrictions twice a month. Located near 101 freeway, Downtown, Hollywood, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Virgil Village. No Pets Please.
