The space for rent is upstairs, the basement is unavailable to guests, please respect this. There is a floor warmer in the bathroom, please turn it off after using it.
Leave the only the light from the reading area on after leaving. The house is in a very city/forest kind of space, therefore there are bugs that happen.
Especially ladybugs and carpenter bees, please let them be, they are harmless. If you have a problem with these let us know, we'll come in and remove them for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
