Ocean Breeze and Amazing Views

Find out why everyone is raving about Ocean Breeze and the stunning South coast. The house is designed and furnished to make your stay relaxed and extra special. You have the whole house to yourselves. The ocean views are stunning and there is plenty of room for 2 families. Lots of open space, comfort and tranquillity will have you wanting to stay forever. 4 bedrooms which sleeps 9 people comfortably with plenty of room. 3 bathrooms and a sunroom. The master bedroom consists of a Queen bed with a walk in wardrobe and separate ensuite bathroom. There is a large sunroom off of this room too. Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a double and single bunk arrangement. Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor and offers 2 single beds in a trundle set up. This room also has its own ensuite.

From the balcony you really get to see what the Gerroa hype is all about. The property boasts 180 degree views of the ocean. The beautiful, non busy beach, nearly always offers the perfect wave. A two minute stroll from the house and your toes will be in the sand.

Other features include, Wifi, Optus Fetch and Netflix. Barbecue and a 3 level garden and entertaining area. Your own private board walk to Bland Place gives access to on street parking and the beach.

**Bland Place is the best place to park as the driveway for Ocean Breeze is quite steep off of Crooked River Road**.

All linen is provided including bath towels. (beach towels not included).

Lovely Accommodation with Great Views

Great stay at Ocean Breeze

We had a great stay at Ocean Breeze and would highly recommend! The house was very clean and well appointment and the view over seven mile beach was stunning - really lovely to wake up to every day. Communication with Dean was always fast and helpful. A short drive into beautiful Berry, Gerringong or Kiama, lots to see and do around the area.

Great place for family bonding

We all enjoyed our stay,except for one early 3am noise and party from neighbour. Otherwise place is cosy beachfront where you would see dolphins from balcony if you are patient to wait. Kitchenlloloadedfulgadgadgetsuseful.gadgets.

Just as we hoped

We headed straight to this little gem after a long flight from California, and it made up for the rough overseas trip. It is a lovely, large property in an ideal location; we truly couldn't ask for more. Dean was a very kind and responsive property manager. We have only positive feedback about our experience and very much enjoyed our stay. The week flew by much too fast.

We had a wonderful weekend away with friends. The house is beautiful with amazing views, large living areas, large bedrooms and generous bathrooms. We had 2 families stay and it was very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need including plastic ware for young kids, oil, coffee, spices etc. Thank you for a relaxing getaway.

Book Club Friends long weekend

The property was lovely with lots of space and a great view. Unfortunately it rained the whole time but we managed to get out and about and had a good time. We are all keen to head back soon. Dean was a marvellous host and we appreciated the late check out.
