Convenient to store, shops and coffee! Spacious and tucked away privacy. The neighborhood seemed very safe and calm. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for the wedding we were attending.
Wish there had been more seating in the living room and dish cloths and dish towels.
Hosts were helpful and kind. Would stay there again.
This was a very nice place. Check in was very simple and able to be handled over the phone. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. the kitchen had all expected amenities including cookware, utensils, coffee maker, etc. it was nice to have access to an outdoor space with table and chairs as well. The hosts were very responsive to communications.
The house was clean with just about everything we needed. Check in and out were very simple. There were 6 people and we stayed 6 nights. We wished there was laundry available in the house, but found a laundromat just a block away. We ate out almost every meal so we didn’t mind that there was no dining table. The kids did ok in the bunk beds, but the mattresses were only 2” thick, so you probably wouldn’t want to sleep there as an adult. Sheets, towels and bathrooms were all clean. There’s a great local coffee shop in walking distance.
Unit is a two-story condo--wide open first floor; bedrooms and both bathrooms are upstairs.
Quiet residential area five minute walk to downtown Azusa. We found a couple of great coffee/tea places.
Parking is off the street. Unit is on the end of building furthest from street with nice patio and backyard.
Never heard anyone next door. Neighbors were quiet.
Host was on top of getting us inside easily. We did not have any issues that needed help later on.
Furnishings are minimalist--just beds in rooms with a closet. Box spring on big bed was noisy.

Diamond’s Retirement
As I grew up in Azusa I knew what to expect in regards to the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised by the property. The unit was as reflected on the app. Once arrived at the property I had to call the owner for final instructions to get in the unit. Left a voicemail and text but it took about 30-40 minutes to receive a response. The other issue was we didn’t have control of the temperature. I understand if there was a preset range but no control was unreasonable. Other than that our stay was comfortable.the
We stayed here for our son’s graduation from APU. Nice townhome, very close to APU. Could have used a fan and more seating - and a little noisy - but it is in the city so that is to be expected. Excellent customer service and easy access.
The property was located in a nice neighborhood just outside in Azusa, it was a 25-minute drive to Hollywood in low traffic times and was easy to get in and out of the property itself. The home was well-appointed, extremely clean and the property manager was available at all times and a pleasure to speak with.
We slept well and if needed would definetly stay there again.
This place was great. It was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. There’s a spacious, beautiful yard and a private parking spot. One thing to note is that all bedrooms and bathrooms are up a large flight of stairs. I would definitely return.
I stayed at this location with a group of friends for an artist retreat that was dependent on access to the Angeles National Forest. Leading up to the stay, the forest was experiencing closures due to Forest Fire dangers and I worried I might not be able to have the retreat my collaborators and I all dreamed of! I was able to communicate with the host and work out flexibility so that if the forest closed, they would allow us to reschedule our stay for a later time in the winter. I really appreciated their willingness to be flexible with us! The forest remained open and the place was waaaay bigger than we could have expected. We spent the vast majority of everyday in the forest but the house was perfect for sleeping and eating breakfast early in the morning. It was also really easy to get to the Bridge to Nowhere trail that we wanted to take photos of.
This property was very clean and it was so nice to have additional amenities while we were there! The property manager was so helpful and very responsive anytime I reached out! I also appreciate that she provided recommendations. We had a great stay!
The location was great-- we were wanting a place close to Azusa Pacific.
The kitchen was pretty stocked with the basic necessities. The living room only has one small couch which made watching tv/movies a bit awkward. Fortunately, I had brought a few folding chairs and a table since there wasn't a place to eat (besides at the counter in the kitchen).
The backyard was a nice space and the neighbors were very nice. Parking would be easier on the street since the driveway is so long and narrow to back out of each time. The gate is left open as previous comments have indicated.
The Wi-Fi was not working correctly pretty much the whole week which we were counting on since we were there for school. The owner was very responsive but after the spare router became locked, I didn't try to reach out. We had already figured out an alternative location on the APU campus to meet for school and used our hotspots when we were at the house.
While visiting family in SoCal, I needed to travel to Baldwin Park, Sierra Madre, and Riverside. This unit was centrally located and easy to access. I appreciated the clean environment and a safe parking place for my car.
Clean and updated property, good neighborhood, lacked a little functionally
This attached home is nicely finished and very clean. The outdoor space in the back was nice to have access to. The neighborhood is nice, close to neighborhood amenities and parks, centrally located to some touristy things. Some really great and tasty restaurants close by. Nice, strong wifi that was perfect for remote work and held the VPN. It was easy to check in - we drove from Colorado and were late due to a highway being closed, and the host was accommodating.
It was a little less equipped than we are used to, so be prepared to bring what you really need, especially if you are staying longer and intend to cook frequently (we stayed for two weeks). For example, there was only enough plates for a family of four to eat one meal, the bare minimum pots/pans/food storage. Pretty much no replenishable items beyond a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, some shampoo, and a watered down container of Dawn. You can use the laundry (in a garage which is regularly accessed by someone while you are there) and the dishwasher, but you must bring your own soap.
It wasn't as welcoming and cozy as other places we have stayed. Not really enough furniture in the living room for everyone to sit down comfortably. No extra blankets or pillows. Maybe it's just the big-city vibe, but the clear message on the welcome communications in the house were "you break it or you leave any mess, you pay extra." But no cleaning supplies, not even a broom, are available to you.
Beds weren't super comfortable, but it was nice that there were four of them. The gate was never closed while we were there. That didn't bother us, but it is advertised as gated.
