We are sorry you weren't 100% satisfied with your stay. We have taken all your comments to heart and will make our best efforts to address them. If the bathroom was not up to your standards, I wish we would have known and would have sent someone to clean it again. We pride ourselves on cleanliness. This was our second time renting so we are still learning, but the first guests were thrilled with their stay. We hope you and your 3 guests appreciated that we arranged a private tennis court at no charge for you. Wishing you all the best. We enjoyed having you stay.
