Both bedrooms function as master bedrooms featuring private full baths and balconies each with Gulf views. Relax on the second floor balconies with custom outdoor furniture.

The lower level features an enclosed (screened-in) outdoor patio with additional space to relax.

Sunnyside offers the best of Panama City. The beaches are less crowded and traffic is lighter than on the East end. Nestled between Pier Park and 30A there are numerous options for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
