Our property sits in a mostly full-time residential neighborhood in the Breckenridge area, offering a quieter setting than the resort base while keeping you within an easy drive of skiing, dining, and shopping. Expect a true locals’ feel rather than a resort village atmosphere, with a mix of primary homes and a small number of short-term rentals.
Breckenridge itself is a year-round mountain destination. In winter, guests can enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding, along with snowshoeing and other snow activities in and around town. In summer, the area transforms into a hub for hiking, biking, scenic drives, festivals, and outdoor dining, making our property a comfortable base for all-season adventures.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended for this location. There are no shuttle stops within walking distance, but the home is less than 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and the BreckConnect Gondola.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
