Just a reminder that it's listed as pet friendly but its a duplex as you have neighbors. Whether you're hearing dogs in the other side or your dog barks and the neighbors may complain. I didn't realize it was a duplex and would have stayed else were because of the complains of my dog barking. The house was fine for our needs. We arrived at 3:30 for 3 o'clock check in and cleaning had just started and asked us to come back in 30 minutes. House was still a little dirty (hairs on the shower walls) and debris under the bed. Overall a good experience if you don't have a dog that barks.

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was by far our worst experience. Had to call support to get the owner to provide the door code for check in. The place was not clean, the outdoor furniture was falling apart, the dishes were dirty and there were only 3 plates. There was no dish washer, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom and the window air conditioner units struggled to cool even though it was early May and not that hot. We were excited for the location in lighthouse park, but other than the location this rental was not worth the money. Poorly maintained, poor communication. Stay away!
