Love the place at Estancia. It gets nice morning sun and then is in the shade when you're ready for it after a great day at the pool!

My Birthday Getaway with Family

It was a great experience and I know we will be back, this property is 5 Stars for sure and worth it. We loved the location, the staff, food, bar and etc. We found it very easy to get down to the marina in minutes via the taxi and enjoyed great dinners in a couple of the nights. Pool and beach are top notch and again the service and support was fantastic. Thanks Frank for a great experience.. Cheers Tim

Family fun at this villa

We had a great time. The view was amazing. The Villa is beautiful and spacious. Frank the owner gave me information for a local concierge that filled our fridge ahead of time. We were able to eat some meals at the resort and some in our Villa. We loved the pool and swim up bar. The location is close enough to town to walk either on the street or beach.

Great vacation

Great Place! Great resort. The condo was perfect for our situation with 3 couples. There were some inflatable water toys which were great. There were 2 puzzles and we completely both. The view was amazing and perfect for what we wanted. The condo was in Villa La Estancia resort but there are 2 other resorts on either side that we have access to as well. The beach was great for swimming. I thought we could walk to town but it was not close enough. We did walk all the way to the marina along the beach but it is a long walk. A cab to town is just $9 so we did that to get back and forth to town. It was very easy to get a cab. It was a wonderful stay and some great relaxation and family time.

Great stay!

What a wonderful week at Villa la Estancia! The condo unit was great and we loved the large patio with plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez! Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer with a large group was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach out front was great and within walking distance to the Marina. We all enjoyed that the pools were warm and that there were plenty of hot tubs. The pool/beach service was good and food on site was also good. Only negative were the early morning pool chair savers. People would place items on several chairs and then leave for large block of time. It made getting chairs for actual use difficult. However, pool staff was very helpful and would aim to get us at least a chair or two which was necessary for my elderly mom. Overall, an amazing week!

I can’t say enough about our experience in 3402!! We had a wonderful time and the place was immaculate and beautiful!! The personnel were more than accommodating and helped us with every need!! It was so lovely to sit on the beautiful terrace and look out into the Sea of Cortez!! We listened to the waves all night long!! The villa was top notch!! The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathroom made it perfect!! We couldn’t be happier and look forward to staying in 3402 again!!

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our time at Villa la Estancia. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with chilled beverages to the time we departed we were treated wonderfully. The concierge was tremendously helpful in assisting us with booking tours and spa treatments and dinner reservations. Though beautiful, the photos simply do not do justice to the absolute beauty of the resort. It is STUNNING. The owner (so responsive and wonderful, BTW) considered everything from every angle and we were left wanting for nothing. Each time I went to look for something I found it. Each TIME!! The staff was fantastic as well -- always so helpful and friendly. When we go back (and hopefully we will!) we will only stay in 3402 -- do yourself a favor and book now; you will not regret it. You deserve this experience!
