Things to Note:
• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- Best 3 Bedroom Villa Location at Villa La Estancia - Steps away from the pool and Medano Beach. Extra large terrace with brand new grill!
- Swim-Up Bar-Multiple Hot Tubs-31,000 Sq. Ft. Luxury Resort There are two beautiful master suites, each having a king bed with pillow top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. Extra large terrace, and guest suite having their own private terrace. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area. 
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. As a long time VRBO guest, this property was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect! Several resteraunts, a small market for necessities or groceries/snacks etc. Trolly to get you back and forth between the properties with ease, and of course the staff. Let me tell you it was EXCELLENT. I'm already planning a return trip with our adult children.

The condo was spacious and beautiful. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy for our group. It had a stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes but if you really want to cook you will need all of your own supplies (spices, oil, sugar, etc).

This property was absolutely gorgeoeus and the pool/grounds were beautiful as well! Swim up bar and lots of restaurant choices. For anyone looking for Cabo resort life away from the crazyness of downtown but still within walking distance (~10-15 minute walk on the beach). Would stay here again.

The place is located perfectly on the beach and a short trip to the restraurants/bars in Cabo. View is beautiful. You are on the beach. Staff provides the kind of customer service you just don't get in the States anymore. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Villa!

We loved staying at Villa Estancia! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and comfortable, and the pool with swim up bar was awesome. There’s also at least 4 hot tubs to choose from, so they were never too crowded. The pools were heated too, which was an added bonus in the morning before the sun warmed up. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was amazing at LE! The property was amazing from check in to the pool to the ocean! The room was clean and a great size for my party of 7. We used the concierge Joel to get groceries, book a sunset cruise and in room massage. He was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this unit!

The room & property were absolutely gorgeous! Loved the location as it was close to town but felt like it had its own space on the beach. Lots of beautiful pools & space to lay out. Only downside was communication with the coordinator who was supposed to help us book restaurant reservations & tours was very choppy. He was pushy and unhelpful. Wound up working with the hotel staff instead.

This villa was one of the best airb&b's we have ever stayed in! It is much bigger in person. Very comfortable beds and plenty of seating indoors and out on patio for everyone to spread out. We loved the location overlooking the pool and ocean. We were able to cook breakfast each morning before heading down to the pool and beach. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the spacious patio. It was an easy 5 minute cab ride into town to all the attractions if we wanted to leave the resort.

The Villa was nicer than expected from the pictures! Our family of 5 adults and baby enjoyed plenty of space! Very clean and comfortable beds! We enjoyed cooking in and both restaurants. The restaurant prepared our fishing trip catch and made our dining experience amazing. Staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed being near town and took several trips by taxi for shopping and ocean activities. We had a wonderful week!Exceptional experience overall! One small issue, the elevator was not working. We were on the 2nd floor. Had we been on a higher level it would have been a problem. Two seniors in our group.

Lovely Feb vacation in Cabo!

Beautiful, well maintained villa. Nice decor! We especially loved the beautiful tiled mirror in the primary bedroom and the decorative plate/ plate holder in the living room. Staff at the resort are universally super nice and helpful. Spectacular sunrise views from the balcony and primary bedroom. Our personal concierge Joel was very helpful and brought us a nice welcome kit. The Feb weather was chillier than we expected -Highs in the low 70s but all the pools are heated and there are 5 lovely hot tubs. The meal plan is incredibly expensive but there is a Costco 10 min away so we stocked up there! The kitchen in the villa has everything you need. Town is walkable but a tourist trap. Swimmable beach but lots of irritating vendors and the waves are still rough for little kids. Also the water is freezing cold in Feb. Overall, a nice relaxing resort vacation.

What makes this property unique

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share. 

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
