The space
Please Note We have just returned to the coast after 4 years exploring other business opportunities and have decided to share our lovely apartment again.
We previously Held both Superhost and Guest favorite for 4 years straight and will strive to continue the same high standards we offered prior, in hopes to earn these badges back ASAP.

We have stripped, renovated and given our huge 2 bedroom Rooftop apartment a much needed modern make over and would love to share it with you. Whether it be a romantic getaway, family weekend or holiday, what ever the occasion we will do all we can to make your stay as perfect as possible.

Please message us as we may be able to offer a custom pricing arrangement to suit special occasions and or specific needs. We can even supply a small fold up trundle to accommodate an extra child if required with a one off $50 add on. we will happily wave the extra guest nightly price for a 3rd small child after initial booking for 4 is confirmed please be aware this will not fit in the 2nd bedroom though.
We are best set up to accommodate couples or a family of 4 You will have your own exclusive 120sqm Private Rooftop patio with a covered alfresco BBQ Area, boasting both water and city views. Kick back relax and enjoy the lovely sea breezes all year round. Stay cool with reverse cycle AIr Con in both the living area and the main Bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

For parking we have an off street double carpark in an under ground gated basement.
Hight is limited to vehicles under 2m although we have unlimited free street parking for those who don't fit in the basement.

We provide basically every thing necessary for either a short or extended stay.

Use our place as a central hub to everything GC Beaches, swimming pools and lagoons, National parks. A short 10 to 15 minute drive to all Major Theme Parks. Endless Trail walks or bike rides. 10 minutes to HOTA or simply Enjoy a scenic walk or meal along the Beautiful Broadwater.
Stroll to endless Restaurants, cafes, take away's bars and nightlife.

We are most definitely spoilt for choice here all with in a short walk even grab a sneaky Ice Cream from Baskin Robins or Gelato just a few minutes walk by the water, or simply just lay back order in Netflix and chill. Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment and rooms specifically for those on the booking. Be sure you have entered the correct amount of guests as the apartment will only be prepared and accessible for those on the booking.

All guests must be listed in the booking for insurance purposes. Guests that enter the property with out consent by owners whether they stay or not may see the booking terminated on the spot.
My husband works within the buildings management so not being honest may see you caught out and removed very quickly

The entire roof top patio is exclusive to our guests only.

Access to the building via Basement & Ground floor doors and or lock box
Please note its a 3 story walk up no lift must use stairs. book at your own discretion.


Please note our Basement has 2.0 meter min roof height for larger vehicles

Other things to note
Our apartment is in an older style 3 story walk up, no lift only stairs you will need to climb 5 half sets of stairs from ground level or 6 from the basement there is a landing between each set so should not be an issue to most able bodied.

Our apartment is one of two on the top floor the roof top patio is on the same level as our apartment and is the roof of the apartments below You have great views of the neighborhood and views to the water but not direct we are not waterfront but only a very easy 1-2 minute stroll

You will be delighted to find a light sun filled fresh, modern renovated apartment, with all modern conveniences.

This is a residential building not a hotel by booking we trust you understand no disrespectful or loud behavior will be tolerated please respect our neighbors and our requests to keep noise to a respectful limit at all hours.

Extra visitors/Guests
No one other than those included in the booking are to enter the apartment at any time during the booking. unless previously discussed and agreed upon. Extra guests other than those stated in the booking are not insured If we find or are informed of extra guests you will not only be billed you may find your holiday cut short. We do allow visitors at our discretion but must discuss this with prior arrangement.

We have an active security camera in the common stairwell for both insurances and guest number accuracy this only monitors and store visuals the entry it is external to the apartment.
