Fabulous accomodation. Great location and awesome for big families. Friendly owners, and fab that they’re right next door. Just need to sort communication through Book a Bach. Didn’t work through no fault of the owners.

quiet place to stay

The place is nice and quiet and not too far from shops nearby Showerhead water pressure not really strong enough to enjoy a nice shower or shampoo. This could be looked into somehow to make it stronger as everyone in our group having similar feeling Cannot find any internet wifi instruction within the place Not much parking on the street if you travel as a group Additional charges should be send/requested more promptly rather than nearly a week after leaving the place Overall, quiet place to stay

Unfortunately shower heads are water rated saving devices - recommended and compliant to council rental regulations. But I can investigate any updates they may have. Your group was repectful of our property and we would recommend your group to any future hosts. We enjoyed the pleasant Karioki singing - beautiful voices, and respectful of quiet time. But definately advise full number of guests when booking. WiFi access info - was just a quick txt msg away. There is always ample parking at the end of our street on Ahern Street just a short walk of a couple of meters. Overall great experience. Kind regards Roza

Great facilities, everything we needed was there. The house was a bit further out of Southport than we planned, but we just used the car more often. One room is actually off the master bedroom which was fine as we had our kids with us but might not suit everyone. No dryer but there’s a laundry two blocks down.

Ideal holidaly house in Gold Coast

Convenient location to major theme parks and beach, quiet street. Easy communication with property admin who is very responsive and helpful when needed. Spacious rooms, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Somethings to improve: 1) some ants are noticed on ground floor, which needs a bit cleanning; 2) Washing machine drainage pipe can't be put into its expected location (tape water tank hole), otherwise water leaking. This should be noticed clearly, or fixed.

Nice place to stay

Stayed with a group of 7 other adults. Location is convenient if driving or catching an uber to the theme parks. Close to shops and bus stops as well. About a 15-20 minute walk to a beautiful lagoon. The single bed in room 4 (adjoining room) seen in the photographs and in the description of the room layout was missing. We didn't raise this with Roza during our stay. Roza was responsive to text messages and willing to provide support when asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Fans are availabe in every bedroom for the comfort of guests, and will investiagate on how we may be able to lesson sound vibrations in the near future. 2. Shower heads however comply and are water effiecient saving devices imposed by the QLD Government. I can call council maybe there is a street issue supply to the house, I will investiagte? 3. Cutlery is an 8 piece setting, Im sure I can add some more, but thanks for the suggestion. Is there anything positive you might like to add, did you enjoy your stay? Can I ask what it was that you might have planted in the pot outside 3 x stems of ?

DO NOT STAY HERE... unless you want your privacy violated by owner who lives next door!

Please, do not booo this holiday duplex. - Owner lives next door, has surveillance cameras recording near the front entrance of the holiday home and admitted to monitorong all activity in and out at all times. Owner visibly seen watching property entire stay. - Owner behaved irrationally and disrespectfully towards family over minor matter of having additional guests visit us. - Owner intruded in front door without approval, verbally berating us, recording and taking photos, using obscene language in front ofnchildren, physically pushing my guest when asked to leave. - Owner demanded extra 1000 cash during intrusion. - Stayz have confirmed she breached their policies and are investigating her removal from the platform for the safety of its users. - Property unclean, not 50m from beach as advertised, street parking full. - We felt violated and unsafe, we left before our scheduled departure.
