Newly renovated original beach house with large backyard and beautiful pool.
A 400m walk to North Burleigh Surf club and beach!
20 minute walk to Burleigh Heads National Park, or why not take 1 of our beach bikes.

An abundance of excellent cafes and restaurants only a short 200m walk including The Paddock, Burleigh Social, Commune, BSKT, Rick Shores, Fish house, Sushi Train, Helenika , Miami Marketta , grandad jacks gin whisky bar Black Hops brewery.

Numerous Yoga and Pilates studios close by.

Enjoy and shop for fresh produce and home wares at The Burleigh farmers markets every Saturday morning!

Great spot that suited us well- walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Pool was good for little ones with a big step (and in shade by the afternoon which was great) and nice grassy yard for them to play. Aircon and fans kept us cool on the hot days. Felt at home here. We enjoyed our stay!

Cool Beach Cottage

My husband, myself and 3 sons stayed at the Miami Beach Cottage while our house was getting renovated. Greg and Sharon are lovely hosts to deal with. The cottage is clean and comfortable.There's a really comfy king size bed in the main bedroom. Netflix and an Xbox for the kids. It has a lovely back deck overlooking frangipani and citrus trees leading to the pool. There's a hammock, bikes, skateboards, surfboards and an outside hot water shower perfect after a surf. There's plenty of restaurants and coffee shops a short walking distance. Each morning we popped over to "Grind me" with our own mugs for an excellent coffee. I would recommend the cottage to anyone who would like a relaxing holiday on the Gold Coast.

Beach House

If you are looking for a "beach house", this is it. The house is an owner occupied house. In other words, the owner rents out his own home therefore it has all the comforts needed for a great beach holiday. We used the boogie boards and beach towels for a great day on the beach. The Owner included a nice welcome cheese/fruit basket on our arrival and delivered fresh watermelon our last day. The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks/dinner. The internet was fast and cable TV allowed us to watch US football (playoffs). The beds and living area where very comfortable. The neighborhood has great coffee shops, grocery, liquor and bars within walking distance. While it is not the Hilton Hotel, it is perfect for a beach experience.

Christmas retreat

Great location, beautiful cottage, amazing hospitality from Greg. Cannot fault the place. 300m to the beach to surf, walk, play awesome for all the kids. Would highly recommend.

Great house, close to everything we needed

We loved our stay at Miami Beach Cottage. It is ideally situated, close to shopping centre and good restaurants, also North Burleigh Surf Club and a short drive to Surfers Paradise. The house was ideal for our family, which included 3 grandchildren, with a lovely back yard, large back deck and BBQ. The beach was a 4-5 minute walk away and we had great weather, so surfing was definitely on the agenda. The beds were all made up when we arrived (unlike a previous holiday). A big thank you to Sharon and Greg, who left bikes, scooters and body boards for our use, as well as beach towels. We would most certainly recommend Miami Beach Cottage.
