It is equipped with 3 fireplaces, one large fireplace with river rock and log accents, one in the master bedroom, and a third one in the family room.

It also features a large outdoor hot tub, a jacuzzi bath in the master bath, a large walk-in closet, internet access, and two outdoor decks to enjoy the fresh air and relax in a backdrop of forestry.

The large master suite located on the top floor is spacious and has a gas fireplace, separate shower, and a jacuzzi bath for ultimate relaxation.

Treat your guests to a game of billiards on the pool table.

The kitchen island is equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, granite slab countertops with spacious oak cabinets. All appliances, utensils, dinnerware, glassware are all in quality condition!

This place was perfect for us!! Close enough to town but still on the outskirts away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was very well equipped, but the knives need to be sharpened and the pots and pans stick pretty badly. There were fans in every room, comfy beds, and the pool table was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect location for South Tahoe

Ski trip with friends - the house was a great size for hanging out in, the location was perfect for getting too and from the mountain, and the hot tub for relaxing at the end of each day was perfect!

Overall it was very good. Only complaints: All the knives were dangerously dull, no oil or foil for cooking, and only salt no pepper but those are minor inconveniences.

Great Tahoe Getaway!

My friends and I had a comfortable place to get together and stay for the weekend. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had the basic needs. The family room and the backyard were great hangout spots and the hottub provided a nice touch.

10 minutes from the lift and about 7 from town. Fantastic location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had the kids downstairs and parents upstairs. Would also work to have each family on a floor. Very nice property. No complaints! Would stay here again

There were several things wrong with this property that lower the rating. First off two different smoke detectors were chirping when we first arrived. The issue wasn’t corrected until the next day which means that we had to struggle to sleep through a night full of chirping. Next, the stopper in the bathtub downstairs didn’t work so when we tried to given my grandchildren a bath it was impossible. Also, the cleanliness of the house was questionable; the portable crib that was provided was stained, the high chair had crumbs leftover inside, and there were noticeable cobwebs on the ceiling fan. I expect a cleaner house if I am to pay a cleaning fee.Another thing that was disappointing was the upper balcony. There were multiple noticeable things wrong with it. The railing around the perimeter of the balcony was leaning out, this is totally unsafe. Next, if you walked on the balcony with bare feet on the rug outside you can feel nail heads (or similar things) popping out of the balcony floor.Also, the pictures of furniture in the house are out dated because the couches upstairs are different than the picture and the couches inside the house provide less seating than pictured.Some other miscellaneous things, there was no screen on the window in the kitchen. There was also no less than eight different signs mentioning noise level which came with a threat of being forced to leave the house within two hours. Under the beds downstairs there were rodent glue traps.

Perfect family getaway!

My family and my cousin’s family wanted a fun place to stay for all ages and this was it. The house provided lots of activities like pool and air hockey and games. Super close to heavenly, the lake, and all the great hiking trails. The host always responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for Groups!

Great layout for groups so you don't all feel pushed together, does get a bit warm with the heat rising from the lower floor to top so keep the thermostat low upstairs. The kitchen/living layout was great for multiple activities and conversations.
